The UCLA Bruins dumped Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes, 28-16, last Saturday.

But that football result wasn’t the only loss the Buffaloes took, apparently.

Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders, the son of head coach Deion Sanders, took to Instagram after the loss to showcase the fact that several Colorado players had their jewelry stolen from what was supposed to be a secured locker room at UCLA.

“You’re gonna play football and know your [stuff] safe,” said Colorado safety Cam’ron Silmon-Craig. “That joint messed up.”

UCLA confirmed a report of the incident and said the local police are on the case.

“The UCLA athletic department confirmed that a report was filed to the Pasadena Police Department following the UCLA-Colorado football game regarding items that were reportedly missing from the Colorado locker room,” UCLA said in a statement.

No suspects have been named in this horrible crime victimizing several Buffaloes players.

“UCLA is in communication with law enforcement, Rose Bowl Stadium officials, and the University of Colorado on the matter.”

The Buffaloes are next in action on Sunday when they play host to the Oregon State Beavers in Boulder. The surprising Beavers opened as 12.5-point favorites over the 4-4 Buffaloes in the Pac-12 matchup.
