San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey recently married the love of his life, Olivia Frances Culpo.
The news undoubtedly pleased McCaffrey and Culpo’s family and friends. However, at least one bridal influencer on Instagram was upset with some of the choices Culpo made with her dress.
“Really the only thing about the dress that it seems like she really wanted was to be head-to-toe fully covered,” Kennedy said.
Kennedy called Cupo’s attire “disingenuous,” saying it gave off “pick-me” vibes. “It’s very clear that this was not a wedding — this was a conservative campaign. And it wasn’t even well done.”

“I’ve been a bridal creator for four years now, and I have never said this before, but I do not like this wedding dress,” Bingham said in the Instagram reel. “… I also think it’s weird how much she’s talking about coverage, especially as someone who in her day-to-day life is not a modest dresser … I just think the usage of the word ‘covered’ is so icky, because you are not covered in day-to-day life. And, also, why is he thinking you’re the most beautiful when you’re covered? That’s such an odd thing.”
McCaffrey and Culpo, for their part, didn’t take kindly to the criticism on such a special day.
“What an evil thing to post online,” McCaffrey wrote on Instagram. “I hope you can find joy and peace in the world, the way my beautiful wife does.”
Culpo also called Bingham evil.
“Wow, what an absolutely evil person you are,” Culpo said according to local reports. “I hope no one ever tears you apart in this way because it’s extremely hurtful. I love this dress and it was everything I wanted and more.”
