Chris Christie has been blasted, made fun of, mocked and everything else in-between for becoming the unofficial poster child for the Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys this season. The New Jersey governor was called the team’s good luck mojo by Jones and plans to attend the Cowboys playoff game in Green Bay on Sunday. As a result, it’s time for some family friendly and dry political social media jabs.
First, Wisconsin governor Scott Walker took to Twitter to poke fun at Christie’s awkward celebration following the Cowboys win last weekend:
This is the type of owner I'll be looking to hug after a #Packers win on Sunday: pic.twitter.com/W20LRO5oMM
— Governor Walker (@GovWalker) January 7, 2015
Then Christie hopped online to respond with a photo of Walker hugging:
.@GovWalker don’t worry… there are enough awkward hugs to go around. pic.twitter.com/gFTItWqPVO

It’s far from hilariously original humor but everyone enjoys a good political Twitter war…no?
