Manning wins his 3rd MVP Award
Manning’s third MVP award was earned due to a season where Manning completed 66.8% of his passes for 4,002 yards and 27 touchdowns to 12 picks. Amazingly enough, this represented a down-year (statistically) for Manning in touchdowns and yards compared to his previous two seasons. The third MVP tied Manning with Brett Favre for most MVPs in a career.
