Bud Light’s official Twitter account sent out the above tweet (which has since been deleted) after this weekend’s playoff action left four teams remaining in the Super Bowl hunt.
Unfortunately for the beer company, they only got half of those four teams correct – as the Patriots defeated the Colts and the Seahawks took down the Saints. Oops.
It’s possible whoever runs the Bud Light account didn’t watch any football this weekend, but it’s also possible they made the egregious mistake purposely for the sake of publicity – in which case we’d be falling right into their trap.
Either way, Peyton Manning still really loves their product.
