Last week, Bruce Arians walked into the Arizona Cardinals’ team meeting and told the 2-0 team, “You ain’t shit.” That definitely resonated with the team who, then, completely blew out the San Francisco 49ers. The Cards picked off Colin Kaepernick four times and brought two of those back for touchdowns.
At halftime, Arizona led the Niners 31-7 then went on to win the divisional game 47-7. Apparently, at halftime, Arians was not content with just being up by 24. During his halftime address to the team, Arians told the team not to let up, and if they did, he would find replacements.
Per @PaulCalvisi, message from Arians at halftime, “If you relax, I’ll be looking for new people. Put your foot on their throat.” #SFvsAZ

Seems like the Cardinals’ coach is not going to be satisfied with anything less than a Super Bowl and he wants his players to feel the same way.
