So far the biggest stories from the first week of NFL Training Camps has been the devastating injuries to key players. Today news broke of a not-so-devastating injury to Cowboy safety Barry Church.
Barry church missed practice because of a cherry jolly rancher .. Seriously .. Chipped tooth and needed root canal …that’s a first

Apparently Church’s affinity for Jolly Ranchers got him in some dental hot water as he woke up on Monday morning due to a “crazy” pain caused by a Jolly Rancher that had chipped his tooth a few weeks back.
Church went to the dentist to get checked out and had a root canal to fix his chompers, causing him to miss Monday’s practice.
After his procedure, Church was given tough news. He will have to lay off the hard stuff. No more Jolly Ranchers, instead he will have to fall back on Starbursts and Skittles.
