Penn State running back Saquon Barkley is bound to be a top-five draft pick in the NFL draft this year. He is a special running back with a skill set that no one else in the draft can touch. But that may not be his most important accomplishment of the month. The star player is due to have a baby that could come as soon as the week before the draft.
Talk about timing. Those will be a couple of life moments happening in short order. His girlfriend Anna Congdon announced it on Instagram and after a little math, everyone put it together.
That means that he will have a couple of jobs starting soon. If Barkley’s work ethic is anything like he has shown in the past, he will knock both out of the park.
