Andy Reid is the latest sports figure to undergo the ice bucket challenge, where people have a bucket of ice water dumped on their head in order to raise awareness to fight ALS.
Captured by the Kansas City Chief’s Vine account, Chase Daniels and Jamaal Charles were on hand to help douse their coach for a good cause. Out of all the ice bucket challenges done so far, Reid may have the best reaction though. His understated head nod and thumbs up afterwards not only demonstrates that Reid knows he’s done a good deed, it shows that he’s calmly accepting of the fact that having coolers of ice-cold liquid showered on your head often comes with the territory of being a head coach. This is a man who knows his ice cold baths.
