If you believe that you’d easily be able to beat a 300-pound man in a foot race, you might want to think again.

Freddie Booth-Lloyd is a 6-foot-1, 300 lbs. defensive lineman from Cocoa, Fla., who will be playing football for Temple University next year. For now, though, he’s also a member of his high school’s track and field team. This is what it looks like when he runs the second leg of the 4 x 100:
Seriously, though…holy crap. It honestly looks like he’s running in fast motion. Pretty impressive for a guy who is probably double the size of the dudes he’s blowing by. Temple football might have a force to be reckoned with on their hands.
