No. 4: Ole Miss
These are the highest expectations for Ole Miss since that preseason top ten debacle in 2009 and subsequent flop of a season. Remember Jevan Snead? Sorry, Rebels fans but we must be reminded.
Another brutal SEC schedule awaits Robert Nkemdiche & Co. with Alabama, Texas A&M, LSU and Auburn plus games with Boise State, Vandy, Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi State. Like USC, this could be a major boom or bust season in Oxford. Entering the October 4th game against Alabama at 4-0 could be deadly for the Crimson Tide. If they drop the Boise State game and play uninspiring football in the next three, a loss to Alabama could send them down a spiral.
