No. 7: Ruffin McNeill (East Carolina)
The variety is simply unparalleled and if ECU’s apparel choices weren’t so boring, Ruffin McNeill would be in the top three. He does jackets, quarter-zips, plain polos, polos with long-sleeved undershirts, dressier pullovers, everything. Again, none are ambitiously exciting but he tries very hard to show variety in his wardrobe.
