No. 17: Art Briles (Baylor)
Art, the hat might be comfy but it needs to go. The Baylor coach could easily have occupied a spot in the low to mid-20’s but he cracked the top 20 for one reason: plain turtlenecks…a major power move. Gary Patterson and a handful of others will rock the short-sleeved turtleneck but Art Briles is in an extreme minority across all levels of college football that has the cajones to wear a long-sleeved plain turtleneck. Is it fashionable? No, but it proves the dude knows how to enjoy himself.
