Some names are simply cooler than others. Some possess more diversity, creativity and responsible pizzazz than others. And some names impact how an individual is treated, recognized or potentially chastised.
Can a name alone really propel a young name into becoming a college football superstar? Absolutely not, but once they have reached that pinnacle of athletic success, their scintillating name just sound so much cooler than others. Sadly, the college football season is all but finished, with only a handful of regular season and conference games and four million bowl games left on the 2014-15 slate. In honor of the student-athletes on the teams that manage to hold a spot in the Week 15 AP rankings, this week’s re-rankings rank the most bad ass player name on each of those teams against their top 25 counterparts.
