After an ACC officiating supervisor said earlier this week that Jadeveon Clowney’s massive highlight reel hit against Michigan last season should have drawn an ejection, former Rutgers player Eric LeGrand has come to Clowney’s defense.
LeGrand, who was paralyzed from the neck down after breaking his neck while trying to make a tackle in 2010, took to Twitter to defend the South Carolina defensive end and declare that his bone-crushing hit was, in fact, legal.
