North Carolina capped off an amazing comeback by outscoring NC State 18-0 in the fourth quarter including a game winning punt return for a TD for a 43-35 victory. NC State punted to the extremely dangerous Giovani Bernard with just 30 seconds left in a tie-game and he did the rest of the work, returning the punt 73-yards to the house for the dramatic victory.
