Not a whole bunch of explaining needs to be done here. The folks that you see in the photo posted above comprise the NCAA Men’s Basketball Committee and they will be quite busy over the next week. I guess they decided to show folks that they are easy going and fun people, so they took an “Ellen” selfie.
