College hockey’s top-ranked Minnesota Golden Gophers hosted Bemidji State on Friday night for the first of two meetings at Mariucci Arena this weekend. The Gophers looked impressive in the early season matchup and the highlight of the night might have come from UM goalie and Tampa Bay Lightning prospect Adam Wilcox, who made this unreal stick save halfway through the second period:
That’s some amazing reaction time kicking in for a pretty spectacular save, if I do say so myself. Something tells me these kids concur.
