46-year-old Royce Thomos Lodholz was arrested this weekend after a security guard saw him taking a poop behind a concession stand during the Memphis Tigers-Tennessee Volunteers basketball matchup at FedEx Forum.
Mitchell Koch of WREG Memphis reports Lodholz was caught by a security guard with his pants fully off, exposing himself to multiple people as he defecated on the floor. Lodholz told police officers he decided to go number two on the floor because the restrooms were full, giving this amazing explanation via police affidavit: “he had to do what he had to do.”
Right…
Lodholz was charged by police with indecent exposure.
Lodholz should have waited in line and used the bathroom inside the FedEx Forum. Pooping on the floor in a crowded building is idiotic. Honestly, I’ve got no words for this one.
