Kevin Ware of Louisville suffered one of the most intense and gruesome leg injuries we have ever seen during their match-up in the Elite Eight against Duke. Notice the reaction of the Louisville bench as soon as it happened. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kevin and we wish him a speedy recovery.
According to school officials, Ware was taken to Methodist Hospital with a broken lower right leg. A Louisville spokesman said hospital officials told Louisville that Ware was ”resting comfortably” and that the pain was ”under control.”
