As the Braxton Miller transfer rumors continue to swirl, one current NFL player is attempting to lure him south. Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett is hoping that the suddenly dispensable Ohio State quarterback will join his alma mater: Florida State. Following a Miller tweet on Wednesday afternoon, Dockett reached out:
I asked God for strength, and God gave me more difficulties to make me stronger.

@BraxtonMiller5 FSU or nah? Come on over bro, it’s cold in ohio, hit my DM I’ll make sure U good! We need U!

It remains unclear if Miller will actually leave Ohio State for another program. Although he could certainly regain the starting job from either J.T. Barrett or Cardale Jones, it is very likely that one of his two replacements would start over him come next fall. With Jameis Winston declaring for the 2015 NFL Draft, FSU head coach Jimbo Fisher will be left with redshirt junior Sean Maguire, sophomore John Franklin III or one of three incoming freshman options: De’Andre Johnson, Deondre Francois or Kai Locksley.
