David Brooker of Harding University had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to save nearly over $8,000 and he nailed it. The student hit a half-court shot at a basketball pep rally for the Division-II school in order to receive half off of his 2014 tuition bill and following the successful attempt, the fans went ballistic in celebration.
