Auburn’s fans really like their football team, how much? So much that 83,401 of them showed up to watch the Tigers’ A-Day game Saturday at Jordan-Hare Stadium. The A-game is Auburn’s Spring game and the attendance number smashed the previous record which was set at 63,217 by a certain Cam Newton and team. Tickets were originally $5, but in order to get folks in the stadium at a better pace the floodgates were opened for free, so to speak.
