Xavier University men’s basketball coach Chris Mack has added another weapon to his coaching staff, an it is none other than Bill Murray’s son.
Luke Murray has joined the program as an assistant coach, where he was hired away from Rhode Island.
Coach Chris Mack released a statement via a press release issued by Xavier:
“I am really excited to announce the addition of Luke Murray to our coaching staff,” said Mack. “Luke is one of the top young assistant coaches in America. His efforts recently at Towson and URI have demonstrated his ability to both attract talented players and coach them successfully. I have known Luke for a number of years and it is evident he has a passion for Xavier Basketball.”
You can file this one in the category of things you probably didn’t know about Bill Murray. Below is a video of Bill speaking about his son while dressed in women’s clothing.
