In a game between the highly-touted SPIRE Institute and St. Edward high school basketball team, one moment stole the show.
Check out SPIRE star LaMelo Ball in a fierce battle against Eagles guard Demetrius Terry. Terry’s hustle is impressive, but what makes the clip is the fact the senior guard looks like a mini LeBron.
LaMelo Ball was good (14 PTS & 13 AST) & Rocket Watts was great (64 PTS, 15 3PTS) but the only number I want to know is the age of the LeBron lookalike.

I’m not picking on Terry, but seeing LaMelo get frustrated against a mini-LeBron is very funny. It’s bizarre to see a high school student balding, but it happens to all of us eventually.
Terry’s hustle wasn’t enough to beat Spire, however. The team fell 122-86 largely thanks to the effort of future Michigan State enrollee Rocket Watts. The senior scored 40 points in the first half and finished the game with a ridiculous 64 total. That’s more than half of SPIRE’s total scoring output. Meanwhile, Ball finished with 14 points and 13 assists. Not a bad day for either player.
