Someone should have told Tony Allen that he is not allowed to throw a shirt at an opposing team’s player while they are trying to shoot. Because the world failed to mention that to Tony, he was awarded a technical foul for tossing a towel in front of Derek Fisher as he was shooting a three pointer. The Thunder went on a 16-4 run following the incident… just saying…
