Frank Vogel was the student team manager for Rick Pitino’s Kentucky Wildcats in the mid 90’s. He followed Pitino to the Boston Celtics to become the team’s video coordinator. He was the video guy for 5 years before being promoted to an assistant. After one season in Philadelphia, Vogel was an assistant on the Pacers staff for several seasons before getting the top job in 2011.
