“NBA on TNT” has officially gone fishing until next season which has given Shaquille O’Neal the opportunity to get a much needed pedicure.

Shaq posted the evidence of his toenail upkeep on Instagram on Thursday. It seemed to be a painful ordeal for Shaq but I think the pedicurist got the bad end of this particular deal.

Unfortunately, Shaq didn’t post a picture of his finished pedicure. The world will have to make do with the horrifying image of Shaq’s pre-groomed nails for the foreseeable future.

If only Shaq had learned a thing or two about nail care from Dwyane Wade. Now that man knows how to take care of his feet.

Today made 30 days since I started the #30daytransformation with @lutherfreeman and @kathy_drayton ..I've had moments where I asked myself WHY haa. I now know what I need to do to lose the weight I want when I want.. now that my 30 days are over I must maintain this level of eating and make it a lyfestyle(w some cheat days) :-)).. thanks again to TEAMWADE for doing this with me and sooooo many others.
