Russell Westbrook had a little fun on Friday with Royce Young (who is one of our favorite NBA writers) after Royce asked a question about Steph Curry guaranteeing a win against the Thunder. Steph, decent basketball player and noted Panthers enthusiast, was asked earlier in the week what he thought about the Warriors playing the Thunder the day before the Super Bowl. His response garnered headlines as it guaranteed a victory for the Panthers and for his Warriors.

The quote should be taken with a grain of salt, but it made its way into Westbrook’s ear on Friday thanks to Royce Young. The response Russell had was immaculate and absolutely ice cold.

We loved the question, Royce.
