Pau Gasol took a hard elbow to the face during Sundays Lakers game against the Denver Nuggets, and blood was to be had. JaVale McGee, of course, was the culprit and Earl Clark was chosen by George Karl to shoot the free throws instead of Pau. Earl Clark was also trending on Twitter shortly after making both charity shots. Luckily the nose was not broken and Gasol will be listed as day-to-say leading up until Tuesday’s game LA Lakers vs Houston Rockets.
