Nerlens Noel doesn’t get to win a lot in Philadelphia with the 76ers. Between Sam Hinkie intentionally trying to make his team as bad as possible in an effort to tank and Joel Embidd missing all of last season to a foot injury, Philadelphia only won 18 games in Noel’s rookie season. So when he was challenged to a game of one-on-one at Camp One in Louisville Tuesday by a kid he was giving a few pointers to, he saw the easy win, and he took it.
Noel took no chances against the much smaller human being. He knew he would probably miss the jumper, so that’s when he started taunting the kid to guard him closer so he could drive past him for the easy dunk. I’m not entirely sure that push off was legal though. Offensive foul anyone?
