NBA Draft (June 26th): The most anticipated NBA Draft in more than a decade appears to have lost a bit of its luster over the last eight months, as predicted can’t-miss, franchise-altering prospects haven’t managed to convince scouts that the 2014 crop of rookies will rival the group it was once compared to: the Class of 2003. That’s not to say this group doesn’t have potential to be great, but it’s possible that a comparison to the 2008 draft is more appropriate: a couple franchise cornerstones, and a good number of solid NBA players and borderline All-Stars.
