Well, this is certainly one way to try and stop James Harden.
The Los Angeles Clippers faced off against the Houston Rockets on Sunday. During the second quarter, James Harden was driving for the hoop when Matt Barnes suddenly threw Harden to the floor to prevent an easy layup/rile up the Houston bench.
For his troubles and confusing football for basketball, Barnes was given a flagrant one foul. It’s only slightly surprising that Barnes wasn’t flat-out ejected from the game.
