Perhaps realizing that returning to Akron at this moment would undoubtedly lead to the collective industrial sports complex shitting itself silly for hours all over his hometown, LeBron has wisely decided to avoid that entire potential circus and fly directly to Brazil from Las Vegas.

LeBron is in Vegas to host his annual LeBron James Skills Academy. He will then presumably fly out to Brazil for the World Cup final, leaving ESPN to fill its hours listing arbitrary percentages on the odds that LeBron will return to Miami or go to Cleveland.
