Kobe Bryant has really taken social engagement to a new level with his latest posting on Instagram. Kobe posted a picture of his Achilles surgery he had just under a month ago, and it is as graphic as it gets. The image is literally from during the surgery. Probably not a good idea to eat lunch before seeing this.
