Kobe Bryant and the Lakers did not have a fun time on Thursday night at Staples Center, as they got pummeled by the Chicago Bulls by a score of 114-91. Kobe was really not feeling it at the end of the first quarter with his team down by a score of 32-15 and poor Roy Hibbert was on the receiving end of those frustrations. Check out Roy Hibbert attempting to touch Kobe’s chest, and get swiftly denied.
I am going to assume that Roy Hibbert has now learned his lesson and that he should only put hands on Kobe Bryant when the Lakers are winning (which may not be until next season). It is slightly confusing to attempt and understand what Roy was trying to do with the physical contact. It looks like either Hibbert was trying to make sure Kobe didn’t run into him, or it appears that Hibbert was just trying to show Kobe some love. Either way, the black mamba was not feeling it.
The more you watch the replay, the better it gets.
