It seems that Denver Nuggets’ players had to find out about the Nuggets’ ownership decision to not retain George Karl through social media. Kenneth Faried was one of the first players to respond to the firing by Tweeting out the following statement, in which he doesn’t seem too pleased.
Faried’s comment about losing a GM refers to Masai Ujiri who left the Nuggets last week to return to the Raptors as their as general manager.
