Former Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers guard Jordan Farmar recently sold his 6,000 square-foot, five bedroom and seven bathroom home in Tarzana, California for $2.8 million.
Farmar bought the house in 2011 for $1.8 million, so he’s making a tidy profit with the investment.
The estate comes with typical rich-dude amenities, including a family room with a projection screen, seven fire places throughout the home, a game room and a pool house that has its own kitchen and wet bar. The house also comes with “a saltwater wave pool with beach entry” and a lighted basketball court.
However, the house does have some luxurious details that deserve special mention. For more mellow parties, the home contains a hookah lounge. There is also a “secret hallway” that leads to a bedroom and a wall aquarium so that you can, you know, enjoy your fish in privacy.
Hell, even dogs that stay at the house get the royal treatment as the property comes with a special dog house.
For Fido, the dog house with washing station is climate-controlled and includes a turf run with a septic system.
As for Farmar, the guard signed a one-year deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv back in June. He played for the team during the NBA lockout back in 2011.
