Unless they come in the final moments of a butt-clenchingly close game, free throws are the most non-thrilling scoring plays in sports. John Wall, however, managed to make a meaningless first-quarter free throw in a midseason game the highlight of the night.
During Wednesday’s home tilt with the Cavaliers, the Wizards point guard watched his free throw bounce a billion times on the rim before saddling up for a quick lunch, glass of red wine and nap before politely falling off:
