Gregg Popovich, who is well known for his incredible awkward and brutal in-game interviews, made amends for all of his negativity with a very touching interview on Sunday with Craig Sager’s son. Craig Sager is currently undergoing treatment for leukemia, and his son took over his duties as the on-court reporter for the Spurs and Mavs game. At the end of the third quarter Craig Sager Jr. interviewed Pop, and it was one of the more touching moments that has happened in the NBA this year.
And no, it was not rehearsed…
Arrived this morning to do a taped interview with Pop. He goes no, we're doing this live 3rd qtr just like your Dad. pic.twitter.com/RPAwIt7tvR
