Greg Oden was arrested in Lawrence, Indiana early Thursday morning with accusations that he punched his ex-girlfriend in the face. While this does not smell good for Oden, at least he did nail the mugshot with an epic anti-Michigan t-shirt.
The former No. 1 overall pick attended Lawrence North High School before playing one season at neighboring Ohio State University. For those living under a rock, the Buckeyes’ massive rival is the Wolverines to the north.
During last year’s Buckeyes-Wolverines football game in Ann Arbor, OSU lineman Marcus Hall was tossed from the game before storming off the field to thousands of boos and profanity-laced chants. In response to the Michigan fans, Hall elected to throw up the double bird, providing inspiration for Oden’s t-shirt:
