According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, George Karl is no longer the head coach of the Denver Nuggets. Karl had one more year left on his deal with the Nuggets and was reportedly pushing for an extension but the Nuggets did not want to extend. It is not every year that the Executive of the Year and Coach of the Year leave a team at the end of the year.
