Derek Fisher was fired on Monday morning as head coach of the New York Knicks, and candidates are already lining up. One candidate in particular took to Twitter to announce to Phil Jackson and the Knicks that he is available and would love to coach. That candidate is none other than former player and totally normal guy, Dennis Rodman. You can peep the Tweet which Rodman sent to Phil and the Knicks, and if you are like us you will get a nice laugh out of his attempt.
Hey @PhilJackson11 @nyknicks, I have a pretty decent resume on the court and I can coach; and I'm available. Call me. @nba

We would also love to point out that we are big fans of Dennis tagging the NBA in the Tweet, just in case folks weren’t aware that he was referencing basketball. Hopefully Vegas will put out a prop bet on Rodman getting the gig or not.
