I was perusing Bill Simmons’ Trade Value Column archive on Thursday, and stumbled upon this (from 2011):
DeAndre Jordan: You will laugh. I don’t care. I go to Clippers games. On the right contender, Jordan would thrive as a rebounder/shot-blocker.
This was pre-Chris Paul and Lob City, so don’t blame Bill for not writing “/out-of-this-world alley-oop threat”, which Jordan displayed again Thursday night in a 123-84 beatdown of the Brooklyn Nets.
