The New York Knicks are like the Las Vegas of the NBA these days: you don’t go to Vegas, you end up in Vegas. Even then, some folks get spit out before casting their first chip. One down-on-his-luck player who ended up in New York — and managed to stick around — is Cole Aldrich, who is currently the starting center for now-J.R. Smith-less Knicks. But don’t think for one second the Knicks have washed themselves of J.R. blooper stink. Here’s Mr. Aldrich tossing up, uh, something in the direction of the basket. Notice how we didn’t say “near the basket”.
In a related story, the Knicks have now lost 13 consecutive games and are still the worst team in the NBA.
