Chris Bosh is selling his mansion located in Pacific Palisades for the tidy amount of $14.5 million.
What will $14.5 million buy you in one of Los Angeles’ most wealthy neighborhoods?
Bosh’s estate mixes “Mediterranean and Balinese” influences over its 10,700 square feet of property and features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, an office with a fire place, a “grand dining room” which is presumably more luxurious than a regular dining room, a home theater and a “chef’s kitchen” (no word if the house itself comes with a chef).
As for the outdoors, there’s a “large infinite pool,” a swim-up bar, cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, a sunken fireplace and a lounge. In other words, the estate’s outdoor luxuries are essentially a second home minus a roof.
Bosh is also not the only celebrity who has used the estate. Donald Glover (of Community fame) leased the property to record his album “Because the Internet” as the Childish Gambino. If you’re a huge fan of Troy and Abed in the Morning or “Sweatpants”, the house could hold extra sentimental value for you.

So, if you have $14.5 million to throw around and want to live in an affluent Los Angeles neighborhood that has been home to celebrities ranging from J.J Abrams to Adam West, flip through these photos and see if your tastes align with Bosh’s penchant for all things marble and sandstone.
