I mean, on the one hand, this is kind of endearing. Atlanta Hawks CEO Steve Koonin and T.I. made for an unlikely but adorable pairing as the two filmed this promotional video for the Hawks’ opening day ceremonies.
On the other hand, considering the public relations nightmares that the team has suffered through this offseason, this may just be a bit poorly timed.
Gotta give it up to T.I. though. His facial expression after Koonin says “fo shizzle” is utterly fantastic. For opening day, the Hawks should simply sell t-shirts with this image on it.
It’d be a best-seller for sure.
