NBA TV aired a documentary on the life of Julius “Dr. J” Erving Monday night and it was quite wonderful. We were all treated to plenty of old clips of Dr. J soaring around different basketball courts and gliding with ease to the rim. One of the best items to come from the fanfare around the documentary is the scary realization that Dr. J is actually dunking at age 63. Video proof below.
