During the Mets’ spring training game against the Astros on Thursday afternoon, the always-entertaining Yoenis Cespedes tried to call for a Ground Rule Double when the ball did not bounce over the fence or get stuck in the fence or surrounding area.
Houston first baseman Tyler White ripped a ball to deep center and Cepesdes had no interest in getting dirt under his fingernails:
