The St. Louis Cardinals took on the San Diego Padres Sunday during a beautiful Sunday afternoon.The game went as expected through six innings until Matt Holiday almost went and killed an umpire. As you can see from the below Tweet from the MLB, Holliday launched a bat flip which almost took out the home plate umpire. Holliday was very apologetic, and we assume he will be a little more careful next time.
